Thirsty. Bar started with a simple idea: what if a café could be just as intentional about its espresso as a cocktail bar is about its gin? We opened our doors on Monroe Street to fill that gap — a space where coffee purists and cocktail enthusiasts share the same counter.

Our team sources beans from small roasteries and builds cocktail menus around seasonality. The result is a menu that changes with the rhythm of the year, and a space that feels like it was designed for people who actually care about what they're drinking.
